New full-time, part-time, or flexible direct child care, food service, front desk, or custodial positions receive a $500 sign-on incentive after successfully completing Navy CYP Orientation. Other incentives for eligible new employees include:
  • $500 incentive plus an 8-hour time-off award after successfully completing 90 days
  • $500 incentive plus an 8-hour time-off award after successfully completing 6 months
  • $750 incentive plus an 8-hour time-off award after successfully completing 12 months
Refer a new hire and receive a $300 award after the referral completes their first 90 days and remains employed with us. All CYP employees are eligible to receive a referral bonus for a new hire or rehire!

CAREER AREAS

Our Child Development Centers serve children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, while our Family Child Care Providers offer certified home-based care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our School Age Care Program serves ages 5-13, and our Youth/Teen Centers provide a safe and fun atmosphere for pre-teens (9-12) and teens (13-18) to socialize with their peers. In addition, our Youth Sports and Fitness Program promotes recreational exercise and athletics. No matter your expertise or interest, we have a career area that is perfect for you. We offer careers in management and training, direct child care, facilities, food service, and operational support.
